Hello, Mr Valente, I really appreciated your pun. In weeks where there has been nothing to trigger even a smile, you made me laugh. Thank you for that!
Beautiful! If I were you, I would send directly to Tesla board of directors if you have their contact information. It’s so well written I would hope they would borrow from it and use it. Truly, it is about time!
I am not an investor in Tesla, thankfully, and don’t own one. I cannot imagine what Tesla employees and board of directors must be feeling about what Musk is doing. I would be horrified and so angry at him.
Tristan, the Board of Tesla should consider implementing this right away. Elon Musk has been absent from Tesla in every way a CEO should NOT be. He has his sticky fingers in every part of government, in which he was NOT ELECTED, nor has his so-called agency been created by an act of Congress. He is trying to eliminate every portion of government, which was investigating him and protecting his workers' safety and rights. With Tesla stock price in free fall, Musk should be fired. Then, he should be arrested for violating court orders and injunctions.
This is a wonderful piece of writing (even if you had a template). The jabs are even more appreciated if one has followed the litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery over the last four years involving Musk, Tesla, Twitter, and Tesla’s board. It’s not too strong a description to say that the board is simply mesmerized by Musk and barely supervises him, if at all. The rapid descent of the share price is sure to bring out some very unhappy shareholders. Unhappy shareholders tend to file class action lawsuits against the corporation, company officers, and directors. The only thing that may work in Musk’s favor in the event of shareholder litigation is that the case would not be tried in the Court of Chancery, Tesla having moved to Texas from Delaware.
Yes, he’s a fuck in the road.

You’re quite welcome.
Remember: not only do fascists lack critical thinking skills and honesty, they also have no real senses of humor.

Perfect
I like the part that says “If your position is eliminated you will be treated with dignity and will be afforded the protections in place.”
Cute.
Nailed it, Tristan.
You left out drug tests.
Quick, forward this to the Oval Office!!
10000 percent
Love this!!
A beautiful piece. Thank you!
Amazing. Love this.
You missed one point, if you don't reply it will be considered as indication that you wish to resign.
