Can't tell you how much I appreciate your taking time to explain the situation, potential outcomes and the ramifications of each in terms a deeply concerned but inexpert voter can understand. I hope the formidable Judge Chutkan reads your essay!

I love your take on this, and Judge Chutkan, although this will be a lot of hours and work for her, is up to the task. I love a silver lining especially in these times.

Sort of an encouragement; thank you. The ins and outs are far above my pay grade…. Yet we all need to try to comprehend and be counted.

Your run down is a good read, thank you! 🫵🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👊

From your mouth to God's ears! If we have to endure this sham, this could likely be the best-case scenario. Thanks for the ray of hope!

Such a deliberately drawn out legal process to protect one of their own (in a left-leaning, —even centrist court, Tristan Snell would not even need to spend time writing this excellent explanation!).

I do hope he’s right.

Thanks, Tristan. This at least encourages me a little bit. I hope you’re right. Thanks for everything you do.

This at least would be fresh icing on a stale piece of cake. I’m all for it! There need to be consequences for this traitorous man baby and having public hearings with testimony and facts would be just the ticket. My popcorn is ready!

Is that TFG ever going to pay for his crimes?

I hope with all my heart that what you’ve written comes to fruition.

TFG and supporters need to rot in jail.

Reading this post on October 5, it seems pretty prescient. The superseding indictment wasn’t predicted by anyone, so no points deducted there. Did anyone envision an evidentiary proffer of 165 pages coming from Jack Smith and his folks?

And now that they have released the immunity decision, do you still think this will be valid? I think they put so many fine points on it that every presidential act will be declared official, if not by lower courts, then by SCOTUS where they will all end up eventually. Honestly, I think they made our presidents into kings. But only Trump, because if Biden tried it, they’d suddenly find the courage to say he *wasn’t* immune.

When is The Supreme Court going to let us know that a President can kill someone and it is ok? What a mess!! This should have been decided months ago when it was first brought to them. No a President does not have immunity!!
