Can there be an emergency court order arresting Patel, Gabbard & Bondi for taking these voter records UNLAWFULLY? And a demand to give them up (although they are probably copied)? They lost in the courts (about 60 times) so their fake reason for stealing them is frivolous.
Also, there should be a federal law allowing:
• mail-in/absentee voting and convenient ballot boxes within a reasonable distance from someone’s house.
• Voter’s registrations should not be allowed to be purged. (They are purging 10’s of THOUSANDS of voter registrations from blue districts. See Greg Palast).
The REPUBLICANS want to win by CHEATING. Everyone has the RIGHT to a fair vote.
There are people providing a lot of evidence that the 2024 election was rigged, beyond Trump's and Musk's own public statements hinting at it. They both had a big incentive to do it (power and stay out of prison).
But it seems the Democrats are in on it (??) since none have pushed back or even listened to the people trying to get the word out. And independent media joins the legacy media in getting more clicks from riding the tRump outrage train than reporting actual news.
Is there any legal action that can be used to audit the ballots, to prove what happened, before the ballots are destroyed September 2026?
How can we trust the databases, voting machines, state officials, when so much evidence looks squirrely?
Catherine Salinas, a MAGAiSTRATE, not a regular Federal judge, signed the warrant. It has been my experience multiple times magistrates don’t always follow the letter of the law requiring me to make motions. And I am not even an attorney!
I doubt a FEDERAL judge would have signed that warrant after Trump lost around 60 cases in attempt to show the 2020 election outcome wasn’t valid. I wonder if the warrant itself could be shown to be invalid due to this fact?
