I'm back on Substack Live tonight, with a SPECIAL GUEST and other BIG NEWS! Plus answering your questions and chopping it up on the latest news and political and legal battles.
I have a question for next time. I know there are various lawsuits against Musk et al for breaking into the Treasury Department databases and code. I don't know if this is the argument, but I'm wondering whether a good angle for the plaintiffs is to say that those resources belong to the American people, and by breaching their security and locking out the administrators and other authorized personnel, he and his hackers are committing theft of our property. Is this the claim the plaintiffs are making, or is it something else? (Obviously I am not a lawyer.)
"That is why I’m creating this community. To speak with all of you, to discuss these issues with you, to answer your questions"
"suggestions for other articles and books to read, weekly opportunities to engage in open discussions"
"whatever else we make of it, together: this is our space, to share our thoughts and our ideas and our stories, to build friendships and collaborations"
When does any of that kick in. One year has passed. Still waiting. Was it huff and puff? Not trying to put you on the spot, well, I guess I really am. I don't want to say something and not mean it or it be false. I wouldn't want to do that.
I went back seven articles and hundreds of comments. Zero likes, Zero comments, except you told Scott thanks, right after you told him thanks in the video.

How do we access your podcast ?,
How do we access tonight's session ?.
Crickets, and he is a paid subscriber. Is this what we can expect?
I am really holding back because I really do not want to talk about something here that you definitely do not want me to talk about here. Just hoover over my avatar and you will know this is real.
Further, don't be that ass that is putting up the "let's connect and share" shit and is really only in it for the paid path. Everyone (that counts) is here to plan and share with you, to make a difference. We can get empty promises O'plently, in abundance, on this platform. If you don't show up and deliver on what you say, well, I guess the folks got fooled... again, and will have to move on.
Surely Jamie Raskin‘s proposed lawsuit against Elon Musk for the data breach at the treasury department would call Trump as a witness. Could such a lawsuit be brought forward, and how long would it take?
Question for tonight: (1) How are Musk, Trump, Republicans, and the billionaires going to try to convince Americans that their massive Trump Tax Cuts are a "good" thing? (The Koch network are already running ads saying how good and important these tax cuts are) (2) And what are some of the best ways to get ALL Americans to understand (and then take action to go after their member of Congress, especially if they have a Republican representing them, who so far have ALL caved to Musk/Trump on every issue) that these are TERRIBLE for them as individuals and TERRIBLE for the future of America? (Right now Republicans in Congress are either more afraid of Trump or Musk than are willing to listen to and act on the concerns of their very own constituents, who are now starting to feel and see the impact (like the $100 increase on energy bills of some in Alabama - home of MAGA Tommy Tuberville) of what Musk and Trump are doing)
Looking forward to coming on Tristan!
Wonderful show yesterday, Tristan!

Thanks so much! I'm loving your Substack.

Really, don't be that guy, be better.
Will a replay of the live interview be available? Yes I’m a paid subscriber.
I sent you a message. Please respond. I rarely do this. I am making an exception for you.
What is the possibility of Trump of building things up to Martial Law and is there any way we can stop this?
He wants to stay in office and it would allow him to do so
RE: class action
BUT MUSK is a private citizen in government systems.
Received your update about 230p PST via my email
I noticed sub stack uses 24-hour clock, as do I, but not all Substack hosts use when posting their events.
Is really helpful, especially if people live in different time zones and different parts of the world - and not sure if an event is a.m. or p.m. 💜

Ugh will start at the beginning won’t be able to catch it all
Can tfg be sued both criminally and civilly for his recent ripoff crypto schemes?
