Yes

I am livid that everyone is saying how great it is the judge didn’t back down but it is the job of the judge to see to it justice is served. Along that line, Bragg should push forward with sentencing, his job is to see justice is served.

OMG! Please. Please, will ONE brave soul stand up for Democracy (for the few short days while we have one)?

If the people who have the authority and means to stand up and enforce laws don't do it, then who can? Just the fact that lives are threatened by doing the right thing, by doing their jobs, means that somehow it needs to be done.

Yes, he should. Iirc, DA Bragg requested a sentencing date of 26 Nov. I’m sure he’ll try to reset a date now that Judge Merchan has made his ruling.

Thank you, Tristan, thank you, thank you, thank you. I have said this for months and more times than I can count, like the number of Trump's lies in his first year, of his first term, in 2017.

Now, I say it also should be stated, with the accurate intention it carries, that the business record fraud, aka cover up, was ELECTION INTERFERENCE. By, fraudulently, omitting critical information that may have changed the entire course of this nightmare.

He's interfered in ALL three elections, as others have knowingly, willingly and intentionally, aided and abetted him. Hush money cover up/fraud, the insurrection and mooting the 14th amendment for the country vs just CO, and the delay of the two, actually three, indictments brought by federal grand juries, to get to trial. The 2024 election was far too important to leave the undecided, uninformed to vote blindly, as jurors, to decide the entire fate of the country without these answers.

A Post comment, I read, stated hush money no one cares about and only done because of a corrupt Democrat AG to interfere through law fare. Shocker, huh?

I saw this after writing my own comment, on my dwindling time left, as a Post subscriber, that their dereliction, along with all others who continue, when reporting on "Trump's Hush Money Trial", calling it "Trump's Hush Money Trial", is as much an omission as was the information NOT provided at the time of the election, and fraud, of such magnitude because now they, as the Post and others, Bezos and others, and all journalists now know the truth.

Agree Tristan. But the past tells me he will not. Very disappointing-seems Trump’s comment about Merchan being conflicted may be true 🤷🏻‍♀️

I disagree. He shouldn't risk his life as very few people seem to be standing against him

Part of the job is to enforce the law. It’s a dangerous job and if you think for one moment that DAs in NYC (including DA Bragg) haven’t faced mobsters before, who’ve threatened him in some fashion, I’ve got a bridge to sell you. Bragg _wants_ P01135809

As a black person, I say Black people are tired of being the main ones trying to get American to be who they want people to say that they are and risking their life for it. So I say he stands down. He did what he was supposed to do and people voted that man in anyway so he's done enough.

The judge needs to throw the book at Trump. And not let him get away with anything anymore. That's what's wrong with the Supreme Court needs. Other backed down. Because they didn't trust Trump, it is threatening to what it's all mouth. Peas, no backbone, he doesn't have anything that's a pirate, somebody to do his dirty work, that's all they've ever done, and he's never done any dirty work on his own. He has a remarkable floor in his days. He doesn't took out the trash. He's too lazy and too fat to do anything good for the judge.Doesn't look at him?The Supreme Court cast Donald Trump's a** and some of the rest rest of the court system just kissed his a** and didn't take him down like they shut off.I have no use for the spring court

so good to read your posts that treat us like we have brains and that we are digging in to understand not only what XXXX wants, but our sound legal footing to push back.

Is there any way you and we can distill and get this in front of Bragg and wider audiences? I am sure he knows the points you make, but he may not know the growing degree to which WE know as well, and that we recognize unnecessary capitulations that support or enhance wrong precedents created by SCOTUS (arrghh).

Our growing sophistication is going to be a huge part of the sea change.

thanks for all you are doing.
